Apprenticeships
RNOH plays an active role in recruiting and supporting apprenticeships across the Trust. Apprenticeships are a fantastic way to gain an industry recognised qualification alongside your normal job role and you are able to benefit from gathering an insight into your next potential career.
Work Experience
RNOH provides work experience placements to local students aged 16 and older. Due to the high demand for work experience the hospital can only offer one placement per student and you must live or study in London. Placements are between one and five days and will only take place Monday to Friday. Work experience is an important part of the widening participation within the local community. The hospital aims to raise the aspirations of students and for them to gain an insight into all the careers within the NHS.
