We’re delighted to announce that Kate Cox has been formally appointed as Director of Operations at RNOH.
RNOH Chief Executive, Prof Paul Fish, said: “Kate was with us before as Head of Operations and joined at the end of Covid wave 1 from the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. Kate brings with her a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience in leading and developing teams, driving transformation and excellence in operational delivery.
Kate’s been a brilliant part of the Executive team and it’s fantastic to have her as part of our team permanently. She will continue to provide leadership to help us drive forward and deliver key projects to support our growth, our work around continuous improvement ensuring we are using our resources effectively, and to shape the care we give to patients.”
This is a positive move forward as RNOH implements its new strategy based around the three pillars of people, growth and efficiency. On her appointment, Kate said:
“I’m really enjoying being a part of the incredible team at RNOH and the opportunity we have to drive systematic change in how musculoskeletal care is delivered is huge. One of my key priorities in this role is to continue to support the extraordinary work of the organisation as we transform and grow, and to support colleagues who dedicate their careers to caring for our patients.”
