A huge congratulations to Katy Crick and Swee Hwa Chin, our Bone Infection & OPAT (Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy) Clinical Nurses Specialists, Tariq Azamgarhi, Antimicrobial Pharmacist, and to our Microbiology Consultants, Natasha Karunaharan, Antonia Scobie, and Simon Warren, for their 1st prize at the 11th Annual Oxford Bone Infection Conference.
The Oxford Bone Infection Conference represents an opportunity to communicate with and to learn from colleagues who manage bone and joint infections. The aim of the meeting is to share ideas and stimulate discussion, with an emphasis on multidisciplinary engagement, and to improve clinical practice and encourage research to strengthen the evidence base.
All grades of orthopaedic and trauma surgeons, plastic surgeons, infection specialists, nursing and therapy staff and researchers are invited to attend. The scientific programme includes high level keynote lectures, free paper sessions, workshops and posters.
