RNOH has been awarded the Work Experience (WEX) Quality Standard Silver Award in recognition of the quality of our work experience provision.
The WEX Quality Standard is a framework for healthcare organisations to demonstrate the quality of their work experience placements. It aims to ensure consistency and high standards in work experience opportunities. This standard is applicable to in-person work experience, but can also support and add value to existing quality assurance for other types of work placements.
The standard provides assurance to organisations and participants that work experience offers meet high standards and are consistently planned, delivered, and evaluated.
